- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained and rinsed
- onion
- stalk celery, sliced
- ½ cup cider/balsamic/whatever vinegar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon ground dry mustard
- minced garlic
- ground black pepper
- onions
- cilantro
- paprika
- mustard
- Tapatio – quite a bit (or any other flavorful hotsauce)
