Sugar Free Three Bean Salad

We keep losing this recipe in our texts to each other so I’m blogging it for easy access. It’s my twists added to the amazing recipe by QUIRKYIQ from AllRecipes.com.

  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained and rinsed
  • onion
  • stalk celery, sliced
  • ½ cup cider/balsamic/whatever vinegar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground dry mustard
  • minced garlic
  • ground black pepper
  • onions
  • cilantro
  • paprika
  • mustard
  • Tapatio – quite a bit (or any other flavorful hotsauce)
