This past year I got a lovely gift. It was a shot glass from Deer Valley, and it was made of my favorite colors — my wedding colors π Red and black.
It meant a lot to me that my tight-wad family members knew this was a treat for me. I have a tradition which might be turning into a family tradition of celebrating every three inches of a snowfall with a shot of Drambuie.
Three of my kids work at Deer Valley, and last winter I tried my hand at skiing there. So I know the trails. It’s a special place to me.
Now I decided to get a shot glass for the place where I live part of the time. Another place close to my heart. So now Chris can join me in my shots and we can each have glasses that remind us of how blessed we are.

Fun!! Love the shot glasses!
Good thing they make three inches of snow every night this time of year here!
Haha. I like your style π
The art on the glasses looks very Canadian! π
We do love quite close to you. Close enough we get Canada coins as change when shopping sometimes π
Ah! Cute typo for βlive,β btw! π
haha. That’s what I get for typing on my phone. My fingers aren’t so great with small keyboards, and I didn’t dictate that one.
I have the same problem! Yesterday I wrote an angry email (to a company – u donβt wanna know!) and instead of NOW I wrote NIW!! π
