I looked out the window this morning and loved how the snowsicles dripping off the roof lined up with our staircase and neighbor’s porch railings.
According to my Ski Tracks app, January 16 marked my 13th day on the slopes this season. Thank you Jiminy Peak!…We had a feeling we wouldn’t regret getting a place at Jiminy Peak, but we also didn’t realize how great it would actually be.

Today we took Hudi back to college. Christmas break is over, and the gift we had of our children’s presence in our home is now a ribbon of happy memories. Time is marching on, and we are — yet again– in a new stage of life.
I think she loves snow as much as I do. This was her foray outdoors last night. The snow on the steps reflect what had fallen in the previous six hours. This was the snow level a few hours earlier. And here it is today. So pretty.
